Advertising Terms & Conditions

Section A – Payment is due in full prior to placement of any advertisement. Payments are to be made to Lone Star Designs. Lone Star Designs, also known as MagnoliaDepot.com, may at its sole discretion either place an advertisement on the web site prior to payment, or may create an advertisement for review prior to payment. If an advertisement is placed before payment, then said payment is due within two weeks of placement. If payment is not received within two weeks, a late notice will be sent and the advertiser may, at Lone Star Designs discretion, be given an additional two weeks for payment. If no payment is received within thirty days, the advertisement will be taken off the web site, and the advertiser will be billed for the amount of time that the advertisement was online.

Although payment is due in full, any advertising over $450.00 may qualify to be paid in three monthly payments. However, at no time is Lone Star Designs under obligation to agree to such terms. All requests for payments will be handled on an individual basis. Please inquire before ordering your ad for confirmation. In all cases, arrangements for payments must be made prior to ad placement, or the full total becomes due.  Advertisers are responsible for any bank charges incurred from insufficient checks.

Section B – Advertisements generally run for a specific period of time. The expiration date of the advertisement is based upon when the advertisement is placed on the web site, not when the ad is ordered, or when payment is made.

Prior to the advertisement’s expiration date, a notice will be sent to the advertiser advising of the renewal. Renewals will be handled as follows:

Most ads run for ninety, one-hundred eighty, or three-hundred sixty-five days. Advertisements will automatically renew unless instructions are received prior to the ad’s expiration date. An invoice will be sent out approximately one month prior to the expiration date to assure ample time for payment. Payment is due prior to the expiration date of the ad. If payment is not received, the ad(s) will be taken off the web site, and any additional time past one year will be billed on a pro rata basis. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to inform Lone Star Designs of any changes in contact information, such as, phone number, email, or address changes. Lone Star Designs will make every effort to contact the advertiser in cases where the contact information has changed, but if no contact can be made, then the ad will be taken off the web site at its normal expiration date.

All other advertising that does not fit the specified time frames listed above will be handled on a case by case basis.

Section C – Generally, after receipt of payment, an advertisement will be carefully created for you based upon conversations, emails, or other communications received to Lone Star Designs. All ads are custom made for each advertiser based upon his or her needs at that time. Once an ad is placed, the advertiser has seven days to review it and request any changes. Advertisers may request changes to the ad (s) twice before final acceptance. If after the third attempt, the advertiser still does not agree to the ad’s layout, design, approach, wording, etc., Lone Star Designs may charge $25.00 for each additional change until the advertiser has given final approval for the ad.

Once final approval is granted, one change every ninety days is allowed at no charge. If more changes are required, then the advertiser will be billed at a rate of $55.00 per hour.

Section D – While every effort will be made, Lone Star Designs, also known as MagnoliaDepot.com, makes no representations or guarantees as to the amount of traffic an advertiser may receive to his or her website, business, or store. Furthermore, there is no guarantee of how many “hits” a web site advertiser may receive from MagnoliaDepot.com. Under no circumstance will Lone Star Designs be held liable for any willful damage, malicious behavior, or any other illegal act committed by any person(s) who finds the advertiser’s information on MagnoliaDepot.com. By agreeing to these terms, the advertiser consents to binding arbitration for any disputes arising from their agreement to have advertising placed on MagnoliaDepot.com

This agreement serves as a contract between the advertiser and Lone Star Designs, also known as, MagnoliaDepot.com. The advertiser may request a written version of this agreement be sent by letter or email prior to placing any advertising. By clicking Agree below, the advertiser is assumed to have read all of the terms, and agrees to be bound by said terms. It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to read these terms prior to ad placement.
